    i dislocated it and tore ligaments and pulled some muscles, it wont bend or straighten anymore:( it suuuccckkkss.

    yeah thats what happened with mine too. i can bend it now, but not straighten completely yet...it happend 5 may and I get daily rehab. hope yours will heal quicker and better! good luck
